What is Spirituality?
Spirituality in our heartfelt opinion is.....The awareness of eternal life, the knowledge and inner peace that comes with knowing that we are spiritual beings having this earthly experience and one day, on the death of our body, we will return to the spirit realm. We will NEVER really die.
Spirituality is being more connected to your Higher Self and less attached to the ego, with this comes a harmony and understanding that we are all connected. Spirituality is the realization that we are never alone- beside us, guiding us, are our divine helpers- our Spirit Guides and Angels.
Spirituality is the realization that there is no such place as Hell and no such thing as the Devil, the only hell is the one we create for ourselves by not living in the light, by harbouring un-forgiveness, hanging on to emotional baggage and displaying dishonesty to others.
Spirituality is living life with love, joy and compassion in our heart and peace within our soul. When we can live like this every second of the day we have reached an enlightened state of mind. This is Heaven, this is what we are all journeying toward.
