Energy Healing Sunshine Coast- We are all made up of energy, as is everything in the Universe. Even our thoughts and emotions are energy. This energy vibrates at a certain speed depending on the object. The higher the vibrations the harder it is for us to see with our physical eyes, this is why we cannot see the spirit-world, spirit is the highest vibration of all. Nothing that we see is solid, it appears solid because it is vibrating so fast. Our body and every organ in the human body has its own natural healthy vibratory rate called a ‘resonance’. When our body part vibrates out of resonance it creates dis-ease.

There are four energy systems of the body, they are the Chakra, Meridian, Aura and the Nadis. These energy systems are connected to the organs and glands of the physical body. When energy to an area becomes disrupted, the organs etc are less able to defend themselves against disease. Stress is a warning sign that the energy systems are disturbed, if no notice is taken of this warning signal the imbalance will continue and the end result is illness or disease in the physical body. Disease is the signal to change what is not working harmoniously in our life.

Imbalances and blockages in the energy systems are caused by traumatic experiences, limiting beliefs about ourselves, anxiety, stress, toxins, bad nutrition, posture, lack of exercise, remaining in a situation that is not harmonious for our soul, or anything that causes us to feel negative emotions.

ENERGY HEALING is the umbrella that all healing practices focusing on the body’s energy systems applies to. There are many therapies that belong in this category.
